Lucy Natera came to Canada from Papua New Guinea, Aug. 1994 to Feb. 1995, as the first participant in the Missionary Exchange Programme of the ELCIC's Division for World Mission. She was based at St. John's Lutheran Church in Waterloo, ON. She challenged those of us in the church in Canada to deepen our relationship with God and to become more active in sharing our faith.
